What we collect
The account details you give us when you sign up — name, email, and password — plus usage data like course progress, device, and browser information. If you pay for a plan, our payment provider handles your card details; we never see or store the full number.
How we use it
To run your account and deliver your courses, to personalize your learning path, and to send you service messages like progress reminders or billing notices. We only send product news or promotions if you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how people use the platform, so we can improve it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time — some features, like staying signed in, will stop working if you do.
Sharing your data
We don't sell your data, and we never will. We share it only with the providers that help us run the platform — hosting, payments, and email delivery — each bound by a data processing agreement that limits what they can do with it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete it within 90 days, unless we're required to keep certain records longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. If you'd rather write to us directly, email privacy@onyourmind.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children's privacy
On Your Mind is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account without a parent's consent, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Smaller updates will be posted here with a new date.
